Business Process Analyst/Engineer - Level 2 - Richmond, VA

Digital Email Operations manages customer and prospect emails for all business lines across the enterprise. The Digital Email Operations team is looking for a Senior Process Manager on the Email Data Hygiene team.

Day to day oversight of Email Hygiene Process. Involves collecting data, measuring performance against requirements and reporting process performance to line of business owners, senior leadership and executives. Responsible for process infrastructure and centralized oversight. Identifies and implements process improvements and drives issue resolution/risk mitigation activities. Acts as a subject matter expert to effectively partner with project customers to achieve desired outcome or improvement by clarifying needs and providing appropriate solutions.

Responsibilities:

•Planning objectives/required actions to complete a project or process redesign effort (evaluating solutions and resources, assessing current state)
•May include facilitation of Kaizen events. May involve re-engineering of existing processes
•Documenting processes and projects (creating project reports, presentations, business cases, and diagrams)
•Collecting data, measuring, and reporting Email Hygiene performance
•Meeting with key stakeholders or performers required to complete the work
•Identifies and drives email Data hygiene improvement
•Improve methods for analyzing, mining, and monitoring email hygiene performance
•Build out reporting structure to measure and track results (includes current and future-state reports)
•Provides clear concise communication with project team and mid-level management. Demonstrated ability to influence
•Ability to influence or negotiate with other functional areas

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree
• 2 Year of process management experience
• 1 Years of project management experience
• 1 Year of quantitative and qualitative analysis

Preferred Qualifications:
•Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project management certification
•3+ Years of Project Management, Process Management, Ops Management, and Vendor Management
•3+ Years of quantitative and qualitative analysis
•Service experience 3+ years in financial services environment
•Related Experience 1-3 years BSA experience
•Demonstrated experience supporting business process improvement projects
•Experience using SIPOC analysis, process maps, and RACI, Six Sigma or other related methodologies
•Exceptional Quantitative & Analytical Skills
