5 to 10 years of technical related experience.  Know of network design and architecture experience in multi-router, multi-location environment. Working knowledge of the various operation systems. Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills are a plus. Working knowledge of network protocols. Must be able to analyze networks and technology integration requirements across multiple applications.

Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot servers and other IT equipment as assigned; ensuring that IT user applications and connectivity are functional and meet business requirements. Manage and administer backup processes and IT systems to ensure data and system integrity for servers and other IT equipment. Accurately document all repairs, installs, moves, changes, and removals according to processes and procedures. Utilize IT change management process and procedures for all work. Collaborate with network engineers and other IT vendors as necessary. Receive and respond to incoming calls, pages, helpdesk tickets, and/or e-mails regarding server problems. Perform diagnostic and network troubleshooting, hardware configuration, software installation and configuration. 

Bachelor’s Degree with 5 to 10 years of technical related experience.
