5 to 10 years of business development experience. The IT Project Manager/Planner works closely with different members of the IT Partnership team to align new request for IT services with agency customers' goals and objectives. Must be capable of overseeing various IT functions: technical requirements gathering, infrastructure solutions and project execution. Strong communications skills, customer service, service delivery, requirements & analysis, business process, project management skills and the ability to work with business partners are required.

Foster teaming relationships, coordination and communications within internal functional groups, business management, contracts, and IT customers to ensure timely and cost effective services and solutions that meet IT customer requirements and result in high levels of satisfaction. The IT Project Manger/Planner will develop, identify, qualify, & generate new business opportunities for the group, as well as providing task order business for the existing IT customers. The IT Project Manager/Planner will develop plans and strategies, including pricing and scheduling.  Ensures appropriate proposal delivery, arranges feedback and process improvement actions.
